How Placemets Work

Simple. Structured. Child-Centred.

1Referral & Review

We carefully review each referral to understand the young person’s needs, risks, strengths, and support requirements.

We liaise with professionals where needed to ensure we can provide a safe, appropriate, and sustainable placement.

Outcome: A clear decision based on compatibility and care capacity.

2Matching & Planning

If suitable, we complete a structured matching process and develop an individualised support plan.

Our team prepares the home environment, staff briefings, and transition planning to ensure stability from day one.

Outcome: A well-prepared, carefully matched placement.

3Admission & Ongoing Support

From arrival, the young person receives personalised care, key worker support, and structured routines.

We maintain regular communication with stakeholders and review progress consistently.

Outcome: Stability, growth, and positive long-term outcomes.

The right environment can change everything.

With experienced staff, robust safeguarding practices, and therapeutic-informed care, we provide more than a placement — we provide a foundation for growth.
